Adam H.J Faal joined Batchilly Chambers as a legal clerk in 2015, she began her law journey as a legal intern at AB & Co in 2008. In September 2010 she got admission to the Gambia Technical Training Institute where she graduated with a Diploma in Law and later attended the University of The Gambia in January 2015 and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2018. She was successfully called to the Gambian Bar after she completed her Bar Vocational Training in 2019 and became a Pupil Barrister from December 2019 to July 2021 and now a junior associate from 2021 to date.

She has great expertise for civil litigation and criminal trials, her practice areas include representing companies or private individuals in contract disputes, land issues, divorce petitions, intellectual property disputes and litigation, advising individuals or corporate clients on dispute resolution arising from breach of contract and she also deals with intellectual property applications. Ms. Faal is very experienced in advising clients on commercial disputes. She also has an interest in corporate law which includes guidance in matters relating to businesses and companies. She has good communication, she is cordial and respectful in her dealings with colleagues, clients and all persons she comes across in the performance of her duties.
Adam H.J Faal have actively served as a Peace Advocate and Educator in Peace and Conflict Resolution at Peace Ambassadors - The Gambia since 2012 as a volunteer. This organization, with a primary focus on peacebuilding and youth empowerment, has been instrumental in her growth as a peace advocate. Through her involvement, she has gained valuable experience in overseeing elections, observing the electoral process, and making recommendations to ensure a peaceful and fair democratic system.
